Ability Mimicry (能力の擬態, Nouryoku no Gitai) is the ability of Jin Kazaragi.
Use and Limitations[]
As its name suggests, this ability enables Jin to copy the powers of Altered he's touched. According to Asura's observations, Jin can only use one ability at a time and subsequent insertions overwrites what he's previously copied. He can also freely choose which ability he wishes to copy, so there's no chance of Jin accidently mimicking the ability of any random Altered he might bump into. However, Jin needs to know how the abilities work to be able to use them efficiently. For example: not knowing the nature of Shindo's "Flower Pot Cage" resulted in Jin overusing it and losing much of his energy.

- Bastet's Claw from Enki - The ability to form artificial beings using flames.
- Flowerpot Cage from Shindo - The ability to manipulate the growth of plants.
- Deserted House from Kaito Yuuki - The ability to store things within a pocket dimension.
- The unnamed ability from an unknown patient of Dr. Soga - Allows the user to manipulate the physics of objects within a certain space.
- The unnamed ability from an unknown patient of Dr. Soga - Allows the user to morph their body into a larger, more hulking form.
- Greek Tragedy from Asura of the West - The ability to create powerful illusions from the past memories of both the user as well as total strangers.
- King of Beasts from Gozu of the South - The ability to morph into a beastly form with superhuman strength and an adaptive healing factor.
- Shadow Play from Rio Ibuki - The ability to become two dimensional and travel across flat surfaces like a shadow.
- Mind Reading from Zero - The ability to read the minds of other people by focusing on them.
